Adaptive Re-use: Historic Skirvin Hilton Hotel - Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Partners In Development and its hand selected development team won the RFP to work with the City of Oklahoma City as lead developer on the adaptive reuse of the historic Skirvin Hotel that had closed over a decade earlier. This ornate building with irreplaceable interior and exterior features was the city’s premier lodging establishment for over 50 years. After extensive renovation this $57 million project recently reopened as the Skirvin Hilton Hotel; the city's premier lodging establishment. Market Analysis, Feasibility, Pre-development Services - Harbor Shores Inn & Spa Resort, Benton Harbor, MI

Partners In Development has completed a Market Demand Analysis and is near completing a feasibility analysis for a 40-room inn and spa located adjacent to the new signature Jack Nicklaus golf course in the mixed use Harbor Shores development (see harborshores.com). We have also supported pre-development efforts formulating a facility program and initial design to determine initial project costs and for seeking partial funding. Disposition Strategy and Sales Management – Hilton Hotel, Oaklawn, Illinois

Market Analysis, Site Selection, Feasibility Review - Hilton Garden Inn and Lewisville Convention Center • Lewisville, Texas

As a consultant and team member, Partners in Development was instrumental in the development of the Hilton Garden Inn and Lewisville Convention Center. PID performed the initial Demand Analysis, identified suitable sites, made facility recommendations and provided a feasibility review.
